This line of ThermoFlex HTV is made from an incredibly durable yet soft polyurethane material. One of the reasons Thermoflex Plus HTV is so popular is that, when correctly applied, it adheres so strongly that it can outlast the life of the garment.
You can use ThermoFlex matte HTV on any of the fabrics listed below:
- Cotton
- Uncoated polyester
- Acrylic/polyester blends
- Cotton/polyester blends
- Wool
- Lycra
- Spandex
- Linen
Before you order, please note this vinyl will not adhere to nylon or nylon blends.
If you plan to use this vinyl on moisture-wicking or shiny materials, it is recommended to first wash and dry the garment without fabric softeners. Additionally, to ensure a smooth application, you should blot the design area with rubbing alcohol prior to pressing.
Another reason this vinyl is so popular is that it can be layered to make intricate designs with depth and complexity. The vinyl adheres to itself just as well as fabric, so you can add multiple layers to any design.
